I approach a wedding day with a documentary, authentic photographic style. With photos that mimic the timeless feel of film and all of the little moments of your day frozen in time, your gallery will convey all of the emotion and love that fill your wedding. No detail is too small, no glance goes unnoticed. What is special to you is special to me and I work hard to artistically capture every special part of your day--I see the art in ordinary moments that are happening without my instruction. my process:
I. Book the date.
Inquire through my contact form and in 1-2 business days, I will reach out with a questionnaire to learn more about your day! If you think I'd be the best fit for your wedding day, I will send a contract to officially secure your date! From there, I will share any vendor recommendations and wedding knowledge that I can to help you have the best day possible!
II. Get to know each other
My favorite way to get to know my couples is through an engagement session. Tell me all about your love story and we can plan your session in a location that is special to you! During our session, I will get to learn more about your dynamic as a couple and how you like to be photographed.
III. Final Details
2-4 weeks out, I will get all of the final details from you and your planner and gather any shot lists and requests you have for your day! I make sure I walk into your wedding day knowing every image you desire to see in your final gallery.
IV. The big day
I like to let the moments unfold, while I capture the meaning behind it all. I will find the best light, determine the most gorgeous portrait locations, and find the art in every meaningful interaction happening before me. A few weeks later, you will receive your full wedding gallery with an average of 700+ images to relive your day over and over for a lifetime.

FAQ
Will you have a second photographer?
For most weddings, yes! For micro weddings and elopements I will shoot alone unless requested, but I always suggest adding a second photographer so that no moments go uncaptured!
Will you travel?
I book in NC year round, but I absolutely book weddings out of town or even out of state! These just required a little more planning, so if you are thinking about booking coverage, reach out ASAP! I would love to come with you for your big day!
Do you offer packages?
Yes! I offer packages with engagement sessions, bridal portraits, second photographers included, etc. I highly suggest booking an engagement session with your wedding photographer so that you both can get to know each other before your wedding day!
